Mission

Build a personal brand and community on social media through authentic music commentary.

[2/4]

How I did it

I experimented with content and editing styles to find what worked for me and my audience. I found a niche for low-stimulation, no-drama, thoughtful commentary on classic music favorites. I established consistency through workflows, visual identity, and episodic content, creating familiarity with the audience and allowing for greater post frequency. I encouraged community engagement through interactive story posts and shared playlists.

[3/4]

Results

Established a community of 12,000+ followers. Amassed nearly 9 million views across 80+ posts. Gained 600+ conversions with shared playlists.

[4/4]

What I learned

Social media is a difficult balance of emulating content that is proven to work, and adapting it with originality to fit your brand. Community management is just as important as content creation for long-term growth and success. And even the smallest imperfections in production can greatly hamper a video's performance, so focus and attention to detail are crucial.

Mission

Use AI to drive brand awareness through social media content.

[2/4]

How I did it

I built an AI infrastructure using Claude Code as a command center, Higgsfield AI as a content hub, and Google Suite as an organizational archive. I created an internal knowledge library to train the AI system on brand guidelines and social media best practices, and generative AI's strengths and limitations. I developed a social media strategy and schedule that allowed the brand to expand content variety and posting frequency.

[3/4]

Results

Reach increased by 110%. Follower growth increased by 120%. Engagement rate increased by 5.2%. Digital storefront traffic from organic social increased by 53%.

[4/4]

What I learned

AI is a powerful but imperfect tool; it needs the right inputs and supports to create meaningful outputs. On social media, you cannot hit a home run with every post; consistency and a cohesive strategy are the smart keys to long term success. And when you hit a roadblock (unforeseen generative AI shortcomings), there is always a solution. You just have to be creative enough to see it and driven enough to chase it.

Mission

Prepare strategy, intelligence, and materials for marketing and sales growth.

[2/4]

How I did it

I analyzed internal performance, consumer trends, competitor strategy, and industry environment to create actionable insights. I created media materials and design templates for retail and e-commerce sales, supporting revamped brand messaging and ensuring regulatory compliance. In preparation for a product packaging change, I worked cross-functionally with New Chapter social media, sales, and design to create a New Packaging communications plan.

[3/4]

Results

Media materials distributed to 200+ physical and digital locations. Collaborated on social media campaign which achieved 21% engagement over expected.

[4/4]

What I learned

Effective communication between teams is crucial to operational efficiency. A company's outputs are only as good as the systems and structures that guide them. And team and individual success relies on your independence and problem solving capabilities.

[1/4]

Mission

Revitalize Bentley Chess Club by increasing awareness and participation.

[2/4]

How I did it

I revamped the club's entire branding and brand voice to appeal to new fans of chess brought on by the game's surging internet popularity. I created a modernized design playbook and messaging strategy that emphasized prestige and intrigue, while making it clear that all players are welcome to join. Consistent and recognizable brand colors and visual motifs aimed to create familiarity among regular club participants and portray legitimacy to newcomers.

[3/4]

Results

Record participation in 2 of 3 major club events and 40% increase in social engagement.

[4/4]

What I learned

Consistent results require persistent effort. Getting people invested in your business is equal parts about the product and how you frame the product. And a brand is more than it seems at first glance, requiring full coordination starting from the core and flowing outward through all activities, structures, and communications.

Celtics Gaming

FY 25/26

Adopted for implementation

1/9

[1/4]

Mission

Create a sales strategy for Celtics Gaming to attract business partners.

[2/4]

How I did it

I conducted both primary and secondary research to understand the business, the esports industry, and the science of business partnerships. We created a conceptual framework for how best to pursue and gain value from partnerships, a mock partnership portfolio, and a sales pitch template to be used in partnership negotiations. In correspondence with the Celtics Gaming GM, my team and I optimized and finalized the strategy for implementation.

[3/4]

Results

Strategy adopted and implemented by Celtics Gaming for 2025/26, guiding 6+ brand and influencer partnerships.

[4/4]

What I learned

Partnerships aren't just about money or promotion; they're about shaping brand positioning and consumer perceptions. Your gut feelings and heuristics are usually wrong, so you can't let them distract from what you learned during research. And your team is your most important asset – the more you trust them, the more valuable they can be.

+13%

Social engagement vs. expected

1/8

[1/4]

Mission

Attract attendants to the Bentley University x Boston Scores Men's Soccer event.

[2/4]

How I did it

I conducted a situational analysis of the Men's Soccer team and brand, and used quantitative and qualitative research to understand the perceptions and desires of our target audience. I used this information to create and promote an event, collaborating with other organizations to put together, advertise, and execute a half-time shootout event and raffle event on the day of the game.

[3/4]

Results

Game attendance was 17% over expected, and social media engagement was 13% over expected.

[4/4]

What I learned

Collaboration between teams or organizations requires persistent communication and planning. Every second you spend planning is a second you cannot spend executing, so budget time carefully. And one's ability to stay calm and adapt when faced with unexpected circumstances will dictate their success.
